The recently renovated Oceanside property is located directly on the Atlantic Ocean with amazing morning sunrises over the sea. The full moon rise over the water in front of the house is equally breathtaking!

A constant onshore breeze drifts through the house with pure, invigorating ocean scents. The house sits across from the Alligator Lighthouse, an amazing snorkeling spot, and snorkeling at Cheeca Rocks is just a few moments anyway by boat. The dock easily accommodates one boat with immediate access to deep water.
Islamorada has fantastic restaurants, cafés, bakeries, marinas, charters, and needless to say it is the fishing capital of the world. There is so much to enjoy!
